1. Acceptance

By registering for and using ExchangED, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use ExchangED.

2. Eligibility

ExchangED is intended for verified educators at recognised TVET colleges and Higher Education institutions in Southern Africa. You must provide accurate information during registration. OUP reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time.

3. Permitted Use

Resources are provided free of charge for your personal teaching and educational purposes only. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any resources.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Use automated tools to bulk-download resources.
• Modify or create derivative works from the resources without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All resources, content, and materials on ExchangED are the intellectual property of Oxford University Press and/or its licensors. Copyright notices must not be removed from downloaded materials.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Termination

OUP may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or if your educator status can no longer be verified. Accounts may also expire after a period of inactivity.

7. Limitation of Liability

ExchangED and its resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OUP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of ExchangED or its resources.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
